Kyle Lyons

Kyle Lyons is an experienced program manager with a robust background in contact center solutions and project management. Currently serving as a Principal Program Manager at Five9 since July 2021, Kyle leads the implementation of On Demand Call Center software, prioritizing customer satisfaction and optimizing project outcomes. Previously, as Director at Genesys, Kyle managed a team of technical consultants and oversaw significant projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Prior roles include Independent Consultant at Felis Leo Pride, Practice Director at Ponvia Technology, District Manager at Genesys Telecommunications Lab, VP of IT at SITEL, and consultant at Science Applications International Corporation. Kyle holds a degree from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
