Matt Hallett

Matt Hallett is a seasoned management consultant and sales methodology facilitator with over a decade of experience in sales training and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales Excellence at Five9, they have established a comprehensive sales enablement function and delivered high-impact training programs. Previously, Matt held various roles, including a Learning and Development Consultant at the University of Central Florida and Management Consultant at Mercuri International. They also co-founded the Global Growth Group, a worldwide consultancy focused on enhancing performance in sales and management. Matt earned master’s degrees in Applied Learning & Instruction and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
