Matt Neimeier is an experienced Solution Consultant currently at Five9, specializing in cloud contact center solutions since April 2021. Prior to Five9, Matt served in various roles, including Contact Center Solution Specialist at Mitel and Solution Consultant at Avaya, where support for the channel community was a key focus.
