Platform Engineer

Mike Wiley has extensive experience in the technology and call center industries, with a career spanning several roles since 1996. Currently serving as a Platform Engineer and previously as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Five9 since 2015, Mike has also held positions including Senior Professional Services Consultant at LiveOps and Technical Account Manager at Five9. Earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Instructor at Genesys and FairPoint Communications, where an implementation of Aspect ACD technologies led to the creation of a virtual call center. Prior to these, Mike managed call center operations at Comcast Cable and Cox Communication. Mike's foundational career began at Aspect Communications as a Senior Business Applications Consultant, and education was completed at North Eugene High School.
