Pavel Kroshner

Pavel Kroshner is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience in IT and cloud operations. Since August 2011, Pavel has held multiple leadership positions at Five9, currently serving as Sr. Director of Cloud Operations. Previous roles include Director of IT Systems and Sr. IT Systems Manager, with a focus on operational strategy, innovation, and resource management. Prior to Five9, Pavel worked at MicroMenders as an IT Consultant and at InTouchPOS by ASSAL Corporation as Operations/IT Manager, where responsibilities included defining IT policies and procedures. Pavel began his career as a Systems Administrator at Ditech Networks and served as a Sr. IT Consultant at Think3. Pavel holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Sciences.
