Ramesh Kandasamy

Ramesh Kandasamy is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing communication services and systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Five9 since July 2021, Ramesh focuses on designing and developing voice services for the Five9 Cloud Contact Center using technologies such as C, Java, and REST API. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked at Sorenson Communications as a Senior Software Engineer II, where contributions included designing communication services for the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. Ramesh's career began at Reliance Communications as a Network Engineer, followed by a position as a Technology Lead at Infosys, where key contributions were made to Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from VLB Janakiammal College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
