Ravi Kanagala

Ravi Kanagala is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering for AI and Intelligent Virtual Assistants at Five9 since January 2014, Ravi has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director of AI Development and Director of Platform R&D. Prior experience includes a decade at eMeter Corporation, where responsibilities as Director of Platform Engineering involved re-engineering systems for improved performance. Ravi's earlier career includes positions such as Architect at eMeter and Senior EAI Consultant at Qwest Communications.
