Ted Mitchell is an experienced solution consultant with a strong background in cloud-based contact center solutions. Currently serving as a Key Accounts Solution Consultant at Five9 since August 2020, Ted focuses on assisting clients in migrating to Five9's CCaaS platform, having previously held senior consulting positions within the company, achieving recognition in Five9's President's Club for two consecutive years. Prior experience includes roles at Genesys where Ted led enterprise accounts, mentored new solution consultants, and earned multiple President's Club honors. Ted's earlier career involved significant contributions in solution architecture and consulting at Verizon and Telera, the latter of which was acquired by Genesys.
