Vikram Shetty

Vikram Shetty is an Applied Scientist II at Five9, where contributions began in January 2023, following a previous internship as an NLP Intern at the same company from May to August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer in Conversational AI at Quantiphi and a Conversational AI Intern position. Additionally, Vikram undertook a Research Intern role focused on Reinforcement Learning at Ubisoft and a Deep Learning Intern position at Ugam. Vikram holds a Master of Science in Computer Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology.
