Yoga Gowda

Yoga Gowda is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Five9 since September 2019, Yoga is focused on building a Semantic Search of Knowledge Bases and leading the implementation of a LLM-based Conversational Agent Assist. Prior experience includes positions at Poynt, where Yoga developed data pipelines and cloud message services; GE Digital, where responsibilities included architecting microservices; and Macy's, focusing on personalized user experiences. With a foundational background at E*Trade, Professional Access Software Development, Winfoware Technologies, and OtlSoft, Yoga has honed skills in software architecture, design, and development using modern technologies and frameworks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Mysore.
