Martijn Meijer

Martijn Meijer began their career in 2007 as an Intern at Trustpartners. Martijn then moved to Rabobank International as an M&A Associate. In 2011, they became an Associate at AlpInvest Partners (The Carlyle Group). In 2013, they joined Value8 N.V. as an Investment Manager. In 2015, they enrolled in INSEAD's MBA program and graduated in July 2016. Since 2016, they have worked as an Investment Manager at Karmijn Kapitaal. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at five°degrees.

Martijn Meijer completed a Bachelor degree in Financial Monetary Economics and Law from the Utrecht School of Economics between 2002 and 2005. Martijn went on to obtain a Master degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance (“Cum Laude”) from the University of Amsterdam in 2006-2007. In 2015-2016, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD. Martijn also attended London Business School, but did not receive a degree.
