Jeremy Woods has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeremy started their career as an Underground Lineman at Williams Electric Company in 2006. Jeremy then worked as an IT Specialist at North Greenville University in 2009.

In 2009, Jeremy joined the University of South Carolina Athletic Department as an Information Resource Assistant and later worked as a Lighting Designer Assistant at the University of South Carolina in 2012.

Jeremy then transitioned to the corporate sector, joining BlueCross BlueShield of SC in 2012 as a System Support Technician. Jeremy supported health claim applications and document scanning software, monitoring server systems and running reports on Oracle and Microsoft SQL.

In 2013, Jeremy joined Unitrends as a Customer Engineer. Jeremy provided level one support for customers, assisting them with their VMware environments, Hyper-V servers, and Microsoft and Mac systems. Jeremy also managed the Unitrends Vault2Cloud service.

Jeremy's next role was at Colonial Life, where they served in various positions. Jeremy started as a Programmer Analyst in 2014, supporting mainframe/distributed applications and working on service availability and implementation processes. Jeremy then served as a Technical Support Engineer, planning and developing processes for service availability and coordinating rapid service restoration. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of a Software Engineer I, supporting multiple applications and focusing on service availability and release quality.

In 2011, Jeremy worked at the South Carolina Baptist Convention as an Assistant Computer Systems Manager and later as an Assistant Production Manager until 2015.

Most recently, Jeremy joined FivePoint Solutions in 2019 as an Azure Cloud Engineer. Jeremy serves as an Operations Analyst, discovering issues within applications and creating production and test environments in Microsoft Azure Government Cloud. Jeremy also took on leadership roles, leading a team in creating the FivePoint Solutions ticketing system and establishing workflow models and policies.

Jeremy Woods attended the University of South Carolina from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Integrated Information Technology.
