Lauren Messmore

Lauren Messmore is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Artificial Intelligence Risk, Inc. and FiVerity, Lauren focuses on enhancing cybersecurity and combating fraud in financial systems. As an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at BNY Mellon Charitable Gift Fund, Lauren oversees the management of donor-advised accounts. Previously, Lauren held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Envision Bank, as well as at Blue Hills Bank, where responsibilities included asset-liability management and investor relations. Earlier career highlights include co-founding 360 CORPORATE and holding various leadership roles at prestigious financial institutions, starting as a Financial Analyst at Wertheim Schroder & Co. Incorporated. Lauren holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
