John Soullier has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. John is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at Fives Cinetic Corp. Their previous experiences include working as a Program Manager at Comau, where they specialized in Powertrain Metal Cutting and Machining and worked with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Before that, John was a Program Manager at Cosworth LLC, where they managed projects for General Motors. John also served as the Director of Global Project/Program Management at Guardian Industries and worked as a Project/Program Management Consultant at The Judge Group. Prior to that, they held positions such as Program Manager at PTC Alliance and Senior Project Engineer at TMK-IPSCO and American Axle & Manufacturing. John's expertise lies in achieving program objectives, managing complex milestones, leading international teams, and implementing process improvements. John holds multiple degrees, including an MSIO, MBA, PMP, and LSS Green Belt certification.

John obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fordham University, graduating between 1990 and 1993. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science in Industrial Operations Management at Lawrence Technological University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.

John later returned to Lawrence Technological University to further their education and earned an MBA in Business Administration from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their MBA, they also obtained a Certification in Project Management from the same institution between 2007 and 2009.
