Scott Szczechiwicz began their work experience in 1992 as a Project Manager at Fives Cinetic Automation. In 2018, they joined Lear Corporation as a Program Manager.

Scott Szczechowicz attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix between 1993 to 1995.
