Dwayne Arnold, PMP

Dwayne Arnold, PMP, has over three decades of experience in project and program management. Dwayne is currently working as a Program Manager at Fivesky since August 2021.

Prior to their current role, Dwayne served as a Senior Project Manager at Com-Tech from September 2020 to February 2021, where they managed a portfolio of projects related to Video Security, Access Control, and Network Infrastructure systems. Dwayne ensured the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives by applying best practices in project management.

From May 2018 to August 2020, Dwayne worked as a Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Project Manager at Equal-Plus, contracted for Gwinnett County Government IT. Dwayne oversaw various hardware refreshes, Microsoft upgrades, and Network Infrastructure projects, utilizing their expertise in project management practices.

During their tenure at TEKsystems Global Services from June 2014 to October 2017, Dwayne held the role of Delivery Manager/Senior Project Manager. In this leadership position, they managed technical resources and successfully executed complex projects within the Infrastructure professional services division. Dwayne established and maintained effective relationships with clients and project teams.

Dwayne also has experience working as a Sr. Project Manager at WorldPay from January 2012 to April 2014, where they managed corporate infrastructure programs and projects. Dwayne supervised the design and build of a new data center facility, technology refresh projects, and storage migrations. Dwayne also provided mentorship to junior project managers and collaborated with business and IT leaders to develop detailed resource plans.

Earlier in their career, Dwayne worked at Macy's System & Technology, CheckFree Corporation, Electronic Data System, EDS/BellSouth, and Hayes Microcomputer Products in various project management roles.

Dwayne Arnold, PMP, started their education journey in 1983 at The University of Memphis, where they pursued Architectural Technology. Dwayne continued their studies at Northwest Junior College from 1981 to 1983, receiving an Associates degree in Drafting and Design. In 1985, they enrolled in the Memphis Institute of Technology and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Technology in 1987. Additionally, in March 2018, Dwayne obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
