Mohammad Izadi

Mohammad Izadi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as a Desktop Support Engineer at Fivesky, where they provide level 2/3 desktop support for VIP users and senior managers in the wealth management field. Mohammad is responsible for managing senior escalations, conducting deep dive analysis of branch environments, delivering white-glove service, providing onsite support, managing project activities, and deploying technical solutions.

Prior to their current role, Izadi worked as a System Administrator at Parnian TV, where they served from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Network Consultant at Razi Insurance Company.

Mohammad Izadi obtained a Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering from Bandar Gaz Hirkania Institute of Higher Education, graduating in 2020. Prior to that, they received a diploma in mathematics and physics from Shahid Rajaei. In terms of additional certifications, Mohammad obtained the following certifications from Microsoft: MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2012), and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure) in 2018.
