Ilya Sukhar

Ilya Sukhar serves as a General Partner at Matrix since 2016 and holds multiple board director positions at various companies, including Flock Safety, Fivetran, August Health, Mashgin, Chameleon, Hashboard, and Parabola. Notably, Ilya served on the board of Guilded prior to its acquisition by Roblox and also contributed to Open Listings, which was acquired by Opendoor. Ilya Sukhar holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University, along with foundational education from The Harker School.
