Customer Experience Specialist at fiVISION

Meghan W. has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a School Counselor at Hamilton Southeastern High School from 2010 to 2016. During this time, they also held a Software QA Intern position at iLAB from 2016 to 2017. Meghan then moved to Fairbanks Hospital Inc. where they worked as an Applications Analyst from 2017 to 2021. Most recently, they have been a Customer Experience Specialist at fiVISION since 2021.

Meghan W. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005. Meghan then pursued two Master's Degrees from IWU National & Global, one in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and the other in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling, which they obtained in 2009. In 2016, they completed an Accelerated Learning Program in JavaScript from Eleven Fifty Academy. In 2020, they completed a UX/UI Design course from the same institution. Additionally, they hold certifications from Eleven Fifty Academy Graduate, UX/UI Design, CIW User Interface Designer, and ISTQB Foundation Level Certification.
