Marissa Beattie

Marissa Beattie is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Public Relations from the University of Guelph-Humber. Currently serving as a National Communications Specialist at Fix Network World since August 2020, Marissa has held various roles within the company, including Marketing Specialist and Marketing Coordinator for Ontario and Western Canada. Prior experience includes positions as Marketing Coordinator at Society Developments and Marketing Manager at Folk on the Rocks, along with a PR and Communications internship at Bracelet of Hope. Marissa also gained experience in sponsorship recruitment at World Vision and has developed skills in writing news releases, media advisories, speech writing, newsletters, and creating detailed business and marketing plans.
