Eslam Zaki

Eslam Zaki is a seasoned professional in account management with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Account Management at Fixed Misr (FEDIS) since October 2021, Eslam previously held similar roles at Fixed Solutions from July 2020 to October 2024 and as a Key Account Manager. Eslam's career includes a tenure at HSBC as a Senior Customer Service Representative from October 2016 to July 2020, and earlier as a Sales Officer at the National Bank of Egypt from March 2013 to March 2014.
