Kayalvizhi Shanmugavel is a seasoned entrepreneur with significant experience in the technology and compliance sectors. As Co-Founder of NixWhistle since September 2022, Kayalvizhi has contributed to the development of the world's first trust-based incident management platform for workplace and ethical violations, focusing on actionable reports for management and anonymity for employees. Additionally, since November 2012, Kayalvizhi has served as Co-Founder of FixNix Inc, which offers the world’s first SaaS solution for governance, risk, and compliance. Earlier in career, Kayalvizhi worked as a Performance Engineer at Microsoft in 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2006.
