James Rhodes is the Vice President & Co-Founder of FiXT Music, an independent record label, music publisher, and merchandise company. James also works in Artist Management at Celldweller Productions. Prior to this, James held a role in A&R at Position Music. James holds a Certificate of Completion in Music Production & Recording from The Recording Workshop and an Associate of Arts degree from Southeastern Community College. James graduated from Burlington Community High School in 2000.

FiXT’s mission is to deliver world class music, label services, customer service, and fan experiences, connecting artists to global audiences. FiXT operates 3 label divisions across various genre segments, FiXT Radium, FiXT Neon, and FiXT Noir.
