Karrie Kuklish

Karrie Kuklish has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karrie started their career as an Interior Designer at Classic Homes, where they designed and customized homes for buyers in the Colorado Springs area. Karrie worked there from an unspecified start date until December 2010.

In 2012, they joined Vantage Homes as an Interior Designer and Corporate Sales Administrator. Karrie'sresponsibilities included designing and developing new floor plans, managing the sales and marketing departments, and contributing to interactive web services. Karrie also worked on building specifications for communities and franchising model homes. Karrie stayed with Vantage Homes until March 2014.

Following that, Karrie worked as a Plan Development Manager at Copperleaf Homes, where they were responsible for budgeting, plan development, and managing architect and engineering timelines for new custom home building projects. Karrie worked there from April 2014 to January 2015.

From September 2015 to September 2016, Karrie served as a Kitchen Designer at Front Range Cabinet Dist.

From February 2015 to March 2023, they owned and worked as a Designer at Laissez Faire Design, an interior design and building consulting firm. Karrie'srole included specializing in site plans, overseeing remodel selections for homes of all sizes, and working closely with real estate agents to stage homes.

Karrie then worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Mesa County Valley School District 51 from May 2021 to March 2023.

Currently, Karrie is working as the Head of Business Development at Fixture Studio, a multi-faceted company that offers property design, building, renovation, and management services. Karrie'srole is to leverage their years of experience to assist clients in falling in love with their properties and the Grand Valley.

Karrie Kuklish attended the University of Northern Colorado from 1992 to 1994. Karrie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, specializing in Human Communications.
