Thilo Gottschalk is the Founder and CEO of compliance-monitor GmbH since May 2020, specializing in consulting, monitoring, and certification of data-driven processes with a focus on data protection. Since September 2020, Thilo Gottschalk has also served as a Legal Researcher and Developer at FIZ Karlsruhe - Leibniz Institute for Information Infrastructure. Prior experience includes leading the legal work package for the TITANIUM project (September 2017 - September 2020) and conducting legal research on advanced technologies at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from September 2017 to September 2020. Earlier roles encompass supporting education for law students at Jura Intensiv, project assistance at BMW Group, staff training at Volkswagen AG and MINI UK, and a research fellowship at Stanford University. Thilo Gottschalk holds a Staatsexamen in Law from The Philipp University of Marburg, obtained between 2011 and 2017.
