Yael Levinson-Barzilai

Yael Levinson-Barzilai is currently a Clinical Product Manager at FIZE Medical, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were a R&D Partnerships Specialist at Cronos Group from 2020-2022, where they conducted product needs analysis, scientific and market research for future products. From 2019-2020, they were the Incubator Manager at iCAN: Israel-Cannabis, where they led a submission of a $15M governmental tender to the Israel Innovation Authority. From 2018-2019, they worked as an Analyst at Wix.com. From 2016-2018, they were an Entrepreneur at Alma- Women's Health Company, where they led product design and development, conducted market validation in Kampala, Uganda, established a partnership with a local NGO, scouted potential manufacturing partners, prepared business plans and financials, and launched a fundraising campaign. From 2015-2016, they were a Teaching Assistant at The Hebrew University, and from 2014-2015, they were a Research Assistant at The Hebrew University.

Yael Levinson-Barzilai completed a Transdisciplinary Innovation Program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2016. Yael then obtained a Master of Science in Plant Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2017. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2016. Yael is currently enrolled in a program at pmsphere - Leading Products to Success. In addition, they have obtained a Power BI Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in October 2021.
