Joshua Soffe

Joshua Soffe currently serves as the Director of Real Estate Development at Call to Action Fdn since January 2025. Previously, Joshua has held various roles at FJ Management starting in May 2016, including Director and Manager of Business Development in Senior Services. From February 2014 to January 2017, Joshua was the Owner of JKSoffe Preservation Solutions LLC, focusing on enhancing the impact of donated human skin while maintaining viewing and funeral services. Other experiences include an administrative internship at Utah Radiology Associates in 2015 and roles as a Tissue Coordinator and Tissue Recovery Technician at Intermountain Donor Services from June 2010 to July 2014. Joshua holds an MBA and an MHA from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a BS in Psychology from the University of Utah, in addition to an A.S. in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
