Leah Hollinder

Leah Hollinder is a seasoned professional in merchandising and planning, currently serving as the Senior Director of Merchandising, Planning, & Allocations at Fjällräven since November 2023, overseeing operations for North America and Europe. Previously, Leah held the role of Director of Merchandising at Fjällräven, where responsibilities included leading product category strategy and identifying growth opportunities. Additionally, Leah has contributed as a volunteer mentor at Camber Outdoors, supporting emerging women leaders in the outdoor industry, and as a board member for the EPICPROMISE EMPLOYEE FOUNDATION, which assists Vail Resort employees and their families. Leah's extensive experience in the retail sector includes significant positions at Vail Resorts and Sports Authority, as well as an early career stint at Timberland. Leah earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from Florida State University in 2004.
