Guilherme Garcia is an emerging leader in the tech and finance sectors, currently serving as the Founding Head of Growth at Augusta Labs, an AI Solutions startup co-founded by industry veterans from Sword Health and McKinsey, since February 2024. Additionally, Guilherme is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Mosaic Capital, a private equity and venture capital consulting firm with a distinguished team. Prior experience includes a role as Strategy & Operations Intern at Payflow, a Series A fintech backed by Y Combinator and Rocket Internet, from July to September 2023. Guilherme is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Universidade do Porto, expected to graduate in 2025, and holds a High School Diploma in Science and Technology from Colégio de Nossa Senhora do Rosário, completed in 2021.
