Solfrid Fluge Andersen

Solfrid Fluge Andersen has extensive work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Solfrid Fluge began their career at Bergen Energi in 2005, where they served as a Teamleader Cost Management Norway until 2010. Solfrid Fluge then joined Fjordkraft as Konsern Regnskapssjef from 2010 to 2014, before transitioning to Falck Nutec AS as Økonomisjef / CFO from 2014 to 2015. Andersen returned to Fjordkraft in 2015 and held several positions, including Forretningsutvikler, Leder Tjeneste og Produksjon, and Leder Krafthandel. Solfrid Fluge was promoted to Konserndirektør Operations/COO in 2019 until their departure in 2022. Furthermore, they served as a board member at Metzum from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, Andersen joined Elmera Group ASA as COO in 2022.

Solfrid Fluge Andersen completed their Siviløkonom degree in Finans og regnskap at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma from the International College of Tourism & Hotel Management Sydney, studying from 1998 to 2000. The field of study for their diploma is not specified.
