Jordan Narvey

Jordan Narvey is the current Director of Web Development at fjorge, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as Board Director for the Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome from November 2012 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing board structure and function, determining essential tactics such as strategic plan timelines, succession planning, by-law implementation, program direction, and measuring performance quality.

From January 2011 to December 2011, Narvey worked as a Data Analyst and Junior Consultant at Bisbee & Associates. In this role, they investigated global energy efficiency projects through precise database research and effective interviewing. Jordan also analyzed findings and created detailed written and visual reports evaluating potential candidates for energy savings contracts. Additionally, Narvey monitored accounts, sales activities, and competitive landscapes, tabulating data for field operations. Jordan also identified report inefficiencies and refined project methodologies to achieve accurate metric estimations.

Narvey also spent time working as a Literacy Tutor for AmeriCorps' Minnesota Reading Corps from August 2010 to June 2011. In this role, they provided one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction to students in grades K-3 who were struggling with reading. Jordan also developed and implemented lesson plans, assessed student progress, and collaborated with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success.

From March 2013 to October 2016, Narvey worked as Communications Coordinator for the Minneapolis Farmers Market. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to promote the market and its programs. Jordan also managed the market's social media accounts, created promotional materials, and coordinated special events.

Jordan Narvey received their Bachelor of Arts in Cinema & Media Studies and Communications from Carleton College.
