Agathe Paulin has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Agathe began their career as an intern in test automation at SYSTONIC in 2010, where they implemented automated testing for the Keep Alert platform. Agathe then worked as an intern in numerical modelling at Institut Clément Ader in 2012, before joining DNV GL as an intern in data analytics in 2013, where they developed performance forecasting tools for the sailing team.
In 2014, Agathe joined Technip as an Operations Engineer, where they planned and monitored the sea transport and installation of offshore platforms. Agathe then worked at Casper as an Operations Specialist from 2016 to 2017, responsible for production coordination, expansion initiatives, and customer fulfillment operations.
Agathe joined Flaconi in 2019 and held various roles including Team Lead Supply Chain Management, Team Lead Category Management, and Head of Commercial. Their responsibilities at Flaconi included inventory planning and analytics, cross-functional team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Currently, they serve as the VP Commercial at Flaconi, responsible for commercial strategy and corporate development. Overall, Agathe's work experience demonstrates their expertise in supply chain management, operations, and strategy across different industries.
Agathe Paulin completed their undergraduate education at the Lycée Gustave Eiffel de Bordeaux from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued the Scientific CPGE / PCSI-PSI* undergraduate program in mathematics, physics, and engineering. Agathe then went on to attend ISAE-SUPAERO from 2009 to 2013, earning their MSc in engineering (Ingénieur Supaéro). Their studies at ISAE-SUPAERO focused on mathematics, data analytics, economics, and business administration. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, Agathe attended Technische Universität Berlin, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. It is worth noting that all of their classes and exams at Technische Universität Berlin were conducted in German.
