Alex Kaufmann

Alex Kaufmann is a Partner at Fladgate LLP, where they advise corporates and financial institutions on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures. They have extensive experience assisting foreign clients with market entry into the UK, particularly in relation to businesses from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and French-speaking countries. Alex is dual qualified in Germany and England and is fluent in German, French, and Romanian. Prior to their current role, they worked at Allen & Overy LLP, SJ Berwin, and Linklaters, and served as a secondee at Barclays Bank. Alex holds law degrees from Universität zu Köln, University College London, and the London School of Economics.
