Alexandra Hayes

Alexandra Hayes is an experienced paralegal currently working at Fladgate LLP in real estate disputes since February 2025. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked at Memery Crystal specializing in real estate litigation and held a position at Nicholls Law focused on dispute resolution and private client matters. Additional experience includes volunteering as a translator for Respond Crisis Translation, tutoring English as a second language, and advising on special education as a caseworker with IPSEA. Alexandra has a strong academic background with a degree in History and Russian Studies from the University of Birmingham, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and is currently pursuing a Legal Practice Course at The University of Law. Additionally, a diploma in Russian Language & Literature was obtained during studies in Moscow, and ongoing education in Russian Studies & Sociology is being pursued at the Higher School of Economics.
