Rebecca Rangel has held a number of roles in the retail industry since 2014. Rebecca began their career at Eddie Bauer as a Sales Floor Associate. In 2015, they joined EXPRESS as a Replenishment Associate, where they prepared the sales floor with visuals team and analyzed sales reports for floor edits and replenishment updates. From 2016 to 2019, they held two roles at kate spade new york, as a Production Muse and Lead Production Muse. In 2019, they became an Account Associate International at Steve Madden, where they oversaw the company's Israel account and collection orders, negotiated with factories, and assisted Israel and European buyers during Shoe Show events. In 2020, they joined BODYARMOR SuperDrink as a Customer Service Representative, where they collaborated with multiple departments in developing new daily procedures, built strong cross functional relationships, and directed biweekly meetings on company updates and key topics. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Customer Service Associate Manager at Flag & Anthem.

Rebecca Rangel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2019.
