Matt Napoli

Matt Napoli has extensive experience in management roles, particularly in safety and production scheduling. As a Plant Manager at Metals USA, Matt successfully developed and managed safety procedures resulting in zero OSHA recordables. Additionally, as a Production Scheduler, Matt efficiently managed orders totaling 36,000 tons a year. Prior to this, Matt served as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, leading a group of 25 marines. Their experience also includes working as a CNC Machinist at Electrical Motor Repair.
