Flagler County School District
Doug Glasco has an extensive background in education and leadership, currently serving as an Administrator for the Flagler County School District since June 2009, overseeing the Restorative Education Program and serving in various roles such as Project Coordinator and Instructional Coach. Glasco is actively involved in athletics as a coach for football and flag football at multiple levels. Additionally, a Founding Member of SitRep Systems, Glasco’s earlier experience includes roles in sales and project management with companies such as NuVox and AT&T, as well as military service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership skills were developed through various certifications in telecommunications and martial arts instruction. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Stetson University and Bachelor’s and Associate’s Degrees in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Daytona State College, respectively.
