Michael Tucker

Michael Tucker is currently the Fire Chief at Flagler County, where they leverage a wealth of experience in public safety, having worked with both career and volunteer emergency services providers. Their career spans roles such as Safety Program Manager at the Florida Bureau of Fire Standards and Training and Fire Chief at Villages Public Safety Department, where they managed operations and budgets for extensive fire and paramedic services. Michael has also contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor at various institutions, shaping the next generation of fire and emergency service professionals. They hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University and have completed the Executive Fire Officer program at the National Fire Academy.
