Bill Douglas has significant experience in both the healthcare and military sectors. From 2001 onwards, they worked as the Director of Safety & Security at Flagler Hospital, Inc., where they oversaw the safety and security personnel and managed the emergency preparedness program. Bill Douglas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rollins College in 1979. Bill later pursued a Master's Degree in Management from Webster University, completing it in 1994.
