Dawn Delano Broun is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health and corporate care management. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Care Manager at Lucet since January 2021, Broun also holds the position of Clinical 365 Care Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health, where work began in November 2018. With a long-standing tenure at Flagler Hospital as the Psychiatric Utilization Review Coordinator since July 1993, Broun previously worked as a Behavioral Health Utilization Manager at New Directions Behavioral Health from January 2017 to November 2018. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Daniel Memorial, Inc. from 1987 to 1991 and a position as a Crime Analyst Intern with the San Diego Police Department in 1980. Academic qualifications include a BA in Psychology from UCLA and an MA in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
