Don Crist is the Vice President of Operations at Flagler Health. Don has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and has been with Flagler Health for 10 years. Prior to joining Flagler Health, Mr. Crist served as the Administrator of Clinical and Technical Services at a previous company. In this role, they were responsible for the successful operation of clinical services including cardiopulmonary services, cardiac catheterization labs, respiratory care services, cardiac rehab, neurology, imaging services and laboratory services. Mr. Crist was also responsible for construction oversight for the planning and development of a replacement hospital facility with medical office buildings and outpatient imaging facilities. In addition, they were a team member in the acquisition of St. Augustine General Hospital and the operations of the facility for three years until it was assimilated into Flagler Hospital. Mr. Crist has a wealth of experience in healthcare administration and is a valuable asset to the Flagler Health team.
Don Crist has a Bachelor of Science in Cardiopulmonary Sciences/Respiratory Care from the University of Central Florida. Don also has a Biology degree from the University of Florida. Don has a Respiratory Therapy/Business Administration degree from Valencia College. And they have a MSHA in Health Administration from Warren National University.
