Nicholas Baylis

Nicholas Baylis is a Project Engineer specializing in commercial construction, currently employed at Flags-TC International since July 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Skanska from May 2023 to May 2025, where Nicholas managed procurement, document control, cost management, and scheduling for multiple small projects valued at approximately $8 million, and played a significant role in securing a $100 million higher education project. Nicholas also worked as a Field Engineer at PCL Construction in 2022, contributing to the Ritz Carlton project, and held an intern position as an Assistant Field Manager at PBS Contractors.
