Project Management

The Project Management team at Flagship Biosciences coordinates and oversees the planning, execution, and completion of tissue profiling projects using the AI-enabled cTA® pathology platform. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Team members also facilitate communication between clients, scientists, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
