General Counsel And Chief Compliance Officer at Flagship Credit Acceptance

Chris Keiser has a strong background in legal counsel and compliance, with extensive experience in the financial industry. Chris started their career at Chrysler Financial as a Counsel before joining Wells Fargo as an Associate General Counsel. Later, they worked at Wells Fargo (Island Finance Puerto Rico) as an Assistant General Counsel, managing the Island Finance team. At Wells Fargo, they held various roles including Assistant General Counsel, where they managed Wells Fargo Financial litigation, and General Counsel - Latin American Operations, responsible for legal matters in Latin American and Carribean consumer finance operations. Chris then became Managing Counsel, overseeing direct and indirect auto lending portfolios and other consumer finance issues. Finally, Keiser joined Flagship Credit Acceptance as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

Chris Keiser attended Hope College from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a dual major in English and Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies, Chris went on to study at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they earned a JD (Juris Doctor) degree specializing in Law.
