Kathy Koch

Kathy Koch has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kathy began their career as the General Manager/Vice President at Chris Koch Toyota/Ford/Hyundai, where they worked for nearly a decade. Kathy then joined Flagship Credit Corp as the Funding Director, managing loan processing centers in Arizona and Pennsylvania. Afterward, they joined Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance as the Director of Funding, where they oversaw multiple loan processing centers and implemented process refinements. During their time at Flagship Credit Acceptance, Kathy held various roles, including Vice President - Enterprise Risk, Vice President - Specialty Lending, Vice President Risk - Operations, and recently held the position of VP Legal / Compliance. In these positions, they were responsible for implementing risk frameworks, developing specialty lending products, and managing risk and compliance for auto finance originations and servicing. Kathy'sexpertise includes risk management, compliance, and quality control in various regulatory areas.

Kathy Koch obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College. Kathy attended Gettysburg College from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their degree, Kathy earned certification as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager from the American Bankers Association in October 2012.
