Michelle Tatham is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in inside sales management and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Inside Sales Manager at Flagship Credit Acceptance since March 2011, Michelle focuses on training, developing, and growing the inside sales team, while also managing dealer relations and territory transitions. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Murphy Ford Lincoln Mercury, where Michelle significantly increased internet sales and managed substantial marketing budgets, and similar positions at Miller Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Condor Auto Group, achieving remarkable sales growth and cost reductions. Michelle began a career in finance and sales management at Devon Hill BMW and MINI, demonstrating versatility by effectively transitioning between various roles. Michelle holds three associate degrees from Delaware County Community College in Criminal Justice, Small Business Management, and General Education.
