Susanne Fillmore Stead

Susanne Fillmore Stead, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susanne started their career as a Television Teleprompter Operator at Wear-Tv 3 ABC in 1999. Susanne then worked their way up to become a Television News Producer before leaving in 2002. In 2001, they joined the University of West Florida as a Graduate Assistant and later became an Adjunct Instructor. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Santander Bank, N.A. in various roles, including Learning & Development Specialist and Senior Learning & Development Specialist. Most recently, they have been working at Flagship Credit Acceptance since 2014, starting as a Talent Development Specialist and progressing to Assistant Vice President of Talent Development.

Susanne Fillmore Stead, M.A. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Vocal Performance from the University of West Florida. Susanne then went on to earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication, also from the University of West Florida. Additionally, Susanne has obtained several certifications including the Information Mapping Foundation certification from Information Mapping, the Mastering Policies, Procedures & Documentation certification from Information Mapping, the Trainers Creativity Day Camp certification from Rockhurst University, and the Training Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
