Bianca Alaniz

Bianca Alaniz has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as an Operations Analyst and previously held roles including Employment Specialist and Lead Recruiting Coordinator at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. since May 2017. In these positions, Bianca has partnered with recruiters for the onboarding of janitorial and maintenance staff and managed confidential employee records. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Robert Half, where Bianca explored diverse industries through temporary assignments, and serving as a First Year AmeriCorps member at City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley, focusing on tutoring and mentoring middle school students while developing tailored ELA curriculum. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Southern University Illinois, Carbondale, obtained in 2015.
