Jim Mikacich

Jim has worked at Flagship since 1991 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth from a small commercial cleaning startup into a national facilities services company. He is an expert in analyzing the service requirements of large complex facilities, including the development and application of benchmark targets such as coverage levels, scope development, staffing ratios, and consumable supplies usage. He works in the analysis and transition of airports nationwide and also focuses on union commercial projects including clean-rooms, educational, biopharma, manufacturing, and corporate headquarters in the western U.S.
