Charlie Conley

Charlie Conley has a diverse work experience spanning across different companies. They started their career at Aviva plc in 2005 as a Customer Service/Sales Manager, where they managed a team and were responsible for KPIs and target-setting. In 2007, Charlie joined Broadland Housing Group as a Team Leader and later took on roles such as Area Manager and Income & Financial Inclusion Manager. They were responsible for overseeing neighborhood management services, leading a team of Income Recovery Officers, and implementing financial inclusion initiatives. In 2014, Charlie joined Flagship Group as an Operations Manager and subsequently took on various roles including Intervention Lead, Interim Head of Housing, and Regional Manager. Their responsibilities included managing teams, ensuring outstanding customer service, and project management. Most recently, Charlie served as the Head of Asset Investment at Flagship Group.

From 2009 to 2010, Charlie Conley attended the Chartered Institute of Housing, where they obtained a Diploma in Housing Management.
